Terms of Service

1. About Move and Store

Move and Store (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a software-as-a-service product operated by Xiza Ltd (company number pending). The Platform provides removals and storage management tools to business operators (“Operators”) and facilitates communication between Operators and their customers (“End Customers”).

Move and Store is not a removals company. We do not perform removals, provide storage facilities, employ movers, or assume liability for the services provided by Operators. All services are delivered by independent Operators using their own staff, vehicles, and premises.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To create an Operator account you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Move and Store offers Free, Pro, and Scale subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may change or cancel your plan at any time from the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

4. Payments & Stripe Connect

Payments between End Customers and Operators are processed via Stripe Connect. Move and Store acts as the platform facilitating the payment flow; funds are settled directly to the Operator’s connected Stripe account minus any applicable platform application fee.

Move and Store does not hold End Customer funds. Refund and dispute handling is governed by each Operator’s arrangement with their customers and Stripe’s terms of service.

5. Storage Services

Where the Platform includes storage management features, Move and Store provides the software tools only. The storage facility, its condition, security, and insurance are the sole responsibility of the Operator. Move and Store makes no warranties regarding the safety or suitability of any storage facility listed or managed through the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell access to the Platform without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move and Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code comprising the Move and Store platform remain the intellectual property of Xiza Ltd. Operators retain ownership of their business data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
